ethnic Uzbek, and graduated from the Department of Sociology at the Philosophy
and Economy Faculty of Tashkent State University, Banking and Finance Academy of the
Republic of Uzbekistan, the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President
of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He holds an academic title of Sciences Candidate (PhD) in Sociology.
