THE STRATEGY FOR ACTIONS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF UZBEKISTAN IN 2017-2021 PROVIDES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT AND ADOPTION OF 17 LAWS IN THE FIELD OF STATE AND PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION
This year, the drafts of the concept of administrative reforms and measures for their realization, the laws "On the basics of public administration", "On administrative procedures", "On state power in places" and others will be developed as a part of the State Program "Year of Dialogue with the People and of Human Interests". The development of the law "On public service" in the near future was included in the state program as a separate paragraph.

Uzbekistan establishes "Development strategy" Center

Several public and state organizations have initiated the establishment of the "Development strategy" center, intended to coordinate the implementation of the Strategy on five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021, as well as the State program "Year of dialogue with people and human interests". The establishment of the Centre was approved by the presidential decree.

Uzbekistan’s Development Strategy for 2017-2021

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree “On Uzbekistan’s Development Strategy “.
The document has approved Uzbekistan’s Development Strategy on five priority areas for 2017-2021 which was developed on the basis of comprehensive study of topical issues, analysis of the current legislation, law enforcement practices and the best international practices, and following public discussion.
